MOST UNPLEASANT HOTEL!! We were in Room 9, at the back as we asked for quiet, but no views, because of frosted glass. Room was depressing & like a 1980's bedsit; dirty carpet, massive stain across ceiling, chair with broken leg, thin & worn towels. Worst was the price; due to Malvern Show, DYNAMIC PRICING = £225!
