We are beyond delighted with our shutters, which were a challenging job and have exceeded all expectations. Many companies told us it couldn’t be done because of the type of windows we have. Only Hus had the creativity, willingness and know-how to come up with a bespoke solution that gave us safe, practical shutters that do not compromise in any way on style and finesse.
Customer Service and communication was at a level almost unheard of these days. Exceptionally professional, regular updates and great finance options.
On the day of installation Hus and his carpenter worked a very long day to get the shutters just right and operated independently and cleanly.
We could not fault City and Country Shutters from start to finish. 5 stars is not enough!

One of the pipes under my bathroom sink had developed a slow drip around the joint. he replaced the fitting, checked the rest of the pipework while he was there, and made sure everything was completely dry before leaving. couldnt have asked for a better experience with gold standard plumber in Slough.

Politely gave him every opportunity to rectify this, but unfortunately I was met with rudeness, unprofessionalism, and told I would have to pay another £90. Awful customer service, won't use again!

He was truly superb. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
He not only fixed my hot tap, he made sure it was all safe and secure under the sink and tightened my sink tap and checked the waste disposal.
I will only use David from now on. Useful to know he can turn his hand to other repairs also.
