Just so rude. The staff, well one older lady with blonde hair I’ve had to deal with a couple of times now is so rude and condescending. The second time I left while she tried to back pedal on her abrupt manner. I’ve now moved to another bank and they were more than happy to help me with the savings I wanted to invest.... read full comment
