Great staff but now the worst trade store in west London . The store ran perfectly until it was refitted . Hopefully the other stores will not follow . Such a shame

Just came off the phone to Kensington store asking about paint. The whole Conversation had a very good vibe and the lady was very knowledgeable i didnt get a name but keep it up.
