Posted high value item from here using 48 hour tracked service. Have proof of postage and it’s been stolen after I told them the value of the item. Royal Mail are investigating.

Pretty disappointed with the service of this post office when they managed to deliver our parcel directly back to ourselves using the clearly marked sender address rather than the delivery address. I understand that mistakes can happen but being being offered no apology then called a liar when asked to resend it and told...
