Went in and they refused to take my parcel as it had air in so it was over the size limit. Although I squashed it so there was no air in it and the man refused to accept it then even though it fitted in the plastic letter box space they use!

The young lady on the till said she wasn't trained to operate the post office till and the lady who regularly works there said she would open it in 30-40 minutes when she'd finished scanning stock and asked if that was helpful?
