I wish there were more staff by checkouts and self checkouts .

Weird experience today.Went shopping for my mother, had a list and was ticking it off as i went, then pen stopped working.Asked at least 6 members of staff if they had a pen i could have, no one i asked had a pen.Got fobbed off with "i dont have one" how can anyone working in a shop not even have a pen with them?Failing... read full comment
