Rude lady Staff member on front desk. Waiting in the queue and she ignored me never once smiled, acknowledged me, or said be with you in a minute.Absolutely no idea how to treat waiting customers.

Trying to deal with Santander Business Banking out of Bootle is the worst experience I have ever had with any financial institution. All I need to do is request that a dormancy flag be removed from an old bank account with a not insubstantial amount of cash in it.
