Ok my review score is 4 as I cannot fault the courteous and helpful staff at Worcester. BUT! What a nightmare, had the misfortune of being short changed £10 at a local atm. My mom was subject to fraud and we called up twice to the fraud team which were of no help. I came into the store and Callum got the case sorted in about 20 minutes straightaway refunded back. Thank you Callum

Went to counter today saw a staff member on desk never made eye contact smiled or acknowledge me at all I work in customer service and you always smile and make eye contact she never looked up you could tell she really didn’t want to help at all wanted to pay some bill for my deceased mother she was rude and very unsympathetic... read full comment
