I booked my E-bike for a free check 18 days ago , not once has a halfords member of staff phoned me to inform the update of my bike process ,I phoned three times once where the staff just hung up & couldn't be bother no one had even looked at my bike when I called the second time the customer service is disgraceful!

Great service, and expert fitting of a dashcam to my PHEV (which the dealer had previously done very badly). Note not all Halfords will fit to EVs or hybrids.
