Customer service non existent been here twice nw since city walls road closed and not very helpful at all. The staff at city walls road were amazing so sad to have lost that. Not going back here again. Guy was so difficult and rude when I asked him to charge my card and give me a pound coin for my tyres!!!!

At 19 o clock,what a customer service ??customer is in hurry, and employee is hearing songs by putting ear buds in one ear, customer is waiting for authorization and he is watching phone. Very bad service
