Terrible service and help at Boots opticians.Sent a complaint to head office still had no reply they are obviously not bothered. I have been a customer with the opticians for over 10 years, will definitely not go back!! So disheartened!!!

Sold me a facial product that had been used and resealed by store. Massive infection risk and won’t compensate without the product that needs to go in the bin. I am not local and no offer to cover postage
