It closes earlier and earlier soon there won’t be any banks on the high street and it’s about time that we the public said no this isn’t good enough

Total Disappoint!The old lady on the desk is rude all the time.I went to book an appointment to open a bank account with reference number and the way she took my details was disinterested and making annoying noise all the time. Thank you for your service
