Needed an emergency prescription as my GP hadn't approved my medication order with my usual pharmacy for over a week. I was contacted by Asda Pharmacy almost immediately after using the 111 online service, and they were able to prescribe me my monthly prescription ready for collection within 20 minutes. Went to Asda pharmacy in Worcester today and just wanted to say how kind all of the staff and pharmacist were. They were super helpful and just really pleasant to deal with. We were there a little while as the prescription we needed was different to normal and I saw them interact with numerous customers in the same way.... read full comment

Just like to thank pharmacist today in Asda(Worcester) who was so willing and professional in dealing with my daughter who was in great pain, especially after local doctors reception over the phone had unprofessionally told her to 'ride out the pain' for a couple of weeks!!!
