Staff are always friendly at the collection desk. Only downfall, difficult to park at times.

Went to fetch my parcels on a Tuesday at 6.30 closed, went back Wednesday at 4.15 closed again, no wonder people don’t use Royal Mail how the hell are we meant to collect goods when people are working, new opening times not updated on the website and they close now at 2pm and don’t reopen
