We went into the Sainsburys Redditch branch today to get my grandson’s watch strap altered. Served by a lovely man who did the job quickly & efficiently. Really pleased with the service.

car fob battery suddenly went in the car park, popped in and was all replaced and fixed within 20 minutes. really impressed and thankful they were able to do it so quickly
