Closing times (3pm Mon to Fri ) since post Covid are no good for people who work full time like i do , need to open longer -say till 4pm at least on day out of the Mon to Fri week

Unhelpful, didn't make me feel welcome, kept me waiting with no explanation. Wouldn't recommend bank at all
