Ordered a delivery on a Sunday afternoon, took an hour for this to arrive, the order was wrong , after calling it took another 45 mins to arrive and it was cold , won't be returning

Been using Redditch Pizza for a while now and they are one of the best takeaways in Redditch. Order is always perfect, great portion size and the guy who takes my order is friendly. I order via phone normally and the food is always delivered in the timeframe he says.
Wouldn't order my takeaways from anywhere else?
