I use Mason Road post office on a regular basis to post orders for my business. I am always greeted in such a friendly manner, and I love having my catch ups with Amar and Sarah! Post master only wants drop & ship parcels used 5 time's & always very pushy he has 2 counters & ive always shown patience while his female assistant serves them.I was told i can get recipt on line & use, i dont like leaving large quantity parcels its unacceptable un supervised till sent.He got really shirty telling me... read full comment

Rude to my mother. I’ve lined your pockets with £thousands and you cannot be bothered to sort us out a receipt for the deliveries and demand “drop off only”I’m not interested in the possibility of you stealing our goodsI will be reporting this shop to Royal Mail
