Another bank which does not take cash tried to pay credit card bill but not did not have card with me only paying in slip or not accept

I had a problem with the app, l was greeted with a "can I help you"; I described my problem; I was assisted to solve my problem and walked away a very happy bunny. Hence the 5 stars
