Could and should be a great brand but do everything wrong. 7 days for click and collect, could you do any less? Not up to date with trends and opportunities, would love to see Halfords get much better

Booked in for car service at Sutton. Was booked in at 11.30 today . Took them till nearly five o'clock to do car. All they kept saying when I went in there three times was they would call me in an hour. They have been doing a lot to help my husband out with the electric bike he bought, used four or five times and the battery went faulty. It's been in the cupboard for weeks and Halfords Perth are not getting things sorted out. Shaun at the head office, customer services has helped us out.
