Haven't been here for a while, stopped for lunch with mum. Two lovely meals from light bites menu, fab home cooked chips, generous portions. Choice of hot puddings with custard, ice cream or fresh cream to follow ,incredible value. Great pub in excellent location and friendly staff too. Stayed here 14th November in our campervan. Food was delicious and very reasonable. Lovely warm fire going and chilled atmosphere. Interesting chat with landlady. What a bonus to have as a local!
