My experience seems to mirror others here. Sending a parcel via Yodel. The floor was a mess with boxes, the guy behind the counter was very rude and when I affixed the label to the box, I was also told to "Leave it in the corner" on top of a pile of other parcels.

Awful. Stock all over the floor, it's a mess and a trip hazard. Greeted with a grunt eventually, only wanted to send a parcel, but even that was too much trouble as I was asked to leave it in the corner. Let's see if it reaches it's destinationDon't know how anyone can runa business like this.

Terrible shop. Lost my DHL parcel which clearly stated it was delivered there. Very grumpy staff and parcels stored in a haphazard way and not secure. Avoid.
