Just so unhelpful and wanted me to go away rather than open me a new account. Feel so fobbed off. You'd think they'd want their branch to remain open rather than telling you to go online.Update - went to nationwide instead, very nice very helpful opened my savings account with them instead.

What is the point of a branch if your hours don't allow young people to use the branch. At least one day should be a later opening. Very poor
