Nice products and Post Office services are great. Lady behind the giftshop counter is quite sullen and unfriendly though which makes you feel unwelcome. She definitely doesn't like children coming into the shop either. Lots of other family-friendly gift shops in Malvern to choose from.

I am disabled and had to renew my 3 year old driving license which also asks for a passport type photo . The gentleman behind the travel money counter was very helpful even lowering the seat in the booth and making sure the photo taken was good ,he even attached photo to form. It was a great photo booth better than the photo me booth i tried nr the co-op in the link .My one big criticism is that the booth is not disabled friendly . Thanks again for helping me out

Paid for a Passport check and was told we didn't need to send some papers,that the literature in the application form said we needed to. A week later we had letters from the passport office,asking for the papers we wanted and knew we had to send.

Went in a few times for cards and padded envelopes, impressed by how well lit and clean the place is, very well organised and the card selection was good. Has a photo booth as well. Friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended.
