Nice products and Post Office services are great. Lady behind the giftshop counter is quite sullen and unfriendly though which makes you feel unwelcome. She definitely doesn't like children coming into the shop either. Lots of other family-friendly gift shops in Malvern to choose from.

Owner most unpleasant, children were not allowed to look at the toys in the shop. Quite confusing.
