The staff are friendly, accommodating and informative which is why I gave five stars. I have been shopping there when the shop was called Dillons which was twenty odd years ago.This Post Office is part of Malverns community so please use it and don't take it for granted .??

Staff always seem more interested in having conversations with them selves or other customers (usually half way across the store) than they do talking/interacting with the customer they should be serving. Always grumpy I donâ??t go there unless I have too

The staff are always grumpy and it takes ages to get served. I was try and go the post office in Barnards Green whigh operates as a traditional post office and care about customer service.
