Left standing outside in the cold for 10 minutes as pharmacist not on time to work! Very unprofessional, no indication of when they would arrive. Had to leave as had other appointments so a wasted journey

Reading these comments I feel like it's somewhere else to where I have been going these last 10 years!...Friendly helpful staff, advice freely given and pharmacist is brilliant, even just recently when I asked about some leg pain I was getting due to a recent issue.Personally I am very happy to go there and recommend to others, maybe it is a fact in life we take things for granted so folk who are happy do not think to comment, whilst people who have an issue take to the internet to moan instead of helping the practise / vendor by taking up any percieved problem at the time.

Impossible to get anyone answer the phone or it's busy.I find it very odd as pharmacy is a public place, that they have perfumed handsantitiser on the counter for custom to use. I'm allergic to perfumed stuff, but as I'm so use to put handsanitiser on my hands I put it on ofc. without look first what was in it. I got so sick and had to wear dispossible gloves for 2 days to be able to eat my food, drink coffee, sleep at night, before the perfume weare off, I find this unacceptable.

Tried to get the label of medication change for travel because my passport name is still in my maiden name..Malvern Health Centre was amazing. The admin team change my surname back to my maiden name ver quickly and reflect in NHS apps. I was no trouble to them and the receptionist and admin team did their best to assist me. On the hand, the staff at Murray was reluctant to assist me. It Is the same meds they supplied all they to do is reprint the labels. The attitude of the staff are appalling. Lack care and reluctant to assist.

Absolutely hopeless service from this pharmacy in in Malver Health Centre today.I went to collect a prescription ordered 6 days ago.First visit at 13.30, doors locked.Second visit 15.30 queue of 20.Third visit 16.30 after waiting 20 minutes told closing at 17.00, one hour before time.Going away early next day for 3 weeks so no statins as no dispensing chemist available.What a useless place.

I specifically rang 45 min before collecting my prescription so I wouldn?t have to wait as I had to be somewhere and it wasn?t ready, ended up waiting half an hour and service was really slow. One item wasn?t even in stock, had I of known I would had gone somewhere else.

Agree with all those who complain they don?t answer the phone. They don?t.I just want to know whether to drive 10 mins to pick up a prescription ????

They do not answer their phone. Tried for an hour last week and hour today. Wanted a prescription delivered as I can't get out.

Very rude staff! On numerous occasions I've struggled to get through on the phone, the phone either constantly rings out u till you get cut off, or its constantly engaged. They are quick enough to ring when they want payment for a prescription but if you miss the call as you are working, and you try to call back yet again you can't get through to actually pay for the prescription. When you have sent through your repeat prescription nearly 2weeks till its due, when you turn up to collect it its still not ready, then it makes you late for school runs. They are also very unhelpful when you go into ask for advice on something that needs attention. In future we will be getting our prescriptions from else where, who have better manners, better customer service and somewhere that don't make you feel like a pain to pay for a prescription.
