16 yr. old. cant actually learn how to go to the bank and how banks work because they are always closed. I finish school at 4:20 And cant get there in the 10 minutes until they close, and they aren't open on the weekend. Have only been able to go once and that was during the school holidays. The staff are always helpful and it's always great to go there and talk to a person directly about savings and investments.

Thank you to the girl who took time to run quickly through the savings options. Having just been royally fobbed off by the women in Santander I went home and opened my 2 new savings accounts online with NW even tho their interest rate is a bit lower than Sants
