My wife has just called for her prescription and the woman answering the phone said,\\\"I wish people would stop calling for prescriptions, we're busy\\\" That's disgusting. You don't talk to people like that let alone a customer. Utterly unprofessional

Extremely poor experience with absolutely no empathy shown when they had trouble fulfilling a prescription due to the way the dr had written it. It was an urgent prescription and the lady was very visibly upset and stressed and they were totally uncompassionate and left her crying and carried on working - appalling and...
