Bike not used and new as still in boxPlease read the product returns policy as staff do not have correct knowledge and will feed you incorrect information .Malvern store where I collected the bike from were ok. We were dealt with by the branch manager.What a knowledgeable guy and so professional. A massive benefit to Halfords.
