I called in here for suggestion of what to take for cold and cough. The pharmacy staff were really thorough and helpful. The staff on the till were friendly and kind - she could see I wasn't well. I left with a smile on my face even though I felt awful. Thank you all for your kindness.

lots of products but the store could use a deep clean as the tiles were dirty and shelves had quite a bit of dust on them.

Went in boots yesterday well what can i talked to this lovely lady her name is Becca on the makeup department nothing was to much for her she answered all my questions she never rushed me thank you agree Becca xx

Bloody awful. Worst chemist ever. Think I could go to Outer Mongolia and back with medicines before getting served here. Then when you eventually do get served "Sorry cant serve you anything as the pharmacist is not here."Everytime i make the journey from Leigh Sinton i think, ill give it another try , cant possibly be as bad as last time and it never ceases to amaze me. Really is absolutely pathetic. If I could give minus Stars I would do it. The place needs a good shake up and to get a grip

If possible I wouldn't even rate this store 1 star. Racist staff and terrible service. I went to boots today to purchase a perfume so I wanted to look at a particular perfume in the glass cabinet so the lady attending to us named Becca went to get the key. After waiting 15 minutes for her, another customer is getting attended by another lady who was blonde and was dressed in white. She went to get the key and came back within 2 seconds, then we told her we have been waiting so long for her colleague just to get the key. She said after she finishes with this customer she would get back to us. Keep in mind this customer was (only there for a few minutes. Becca then comes back and says that there was a shoplifting incident and her other colleague (dressed in white) will get back to us. She didn't even tell us properly as she was running. After a few minutes of waiting for the other colleague ,we turn back to Becca attending to other customers. Her other colleague never even attended to us. We even spoke to the manager, Andrea who was not understanding at all and defended them, all she said was sorry but even her apology was not sincere. I could tell from body language that she was so disinterested in what had happened to us. I can only say that the young girls working in the counter were very nice and helpful and apologised very sincerely. I understand there was a shoplifting incident but at of the day how is that my problem? This is blatantly racism as they only preferred to attend to white customers. Very poor customer service and professionalism displayed by Becca, her colleagues and Andrea.I will not stand for this ill treatment and racial marginalisation due to the colour of my skin. Very shocking behaviour especially as we are going into 2023, instead of moving forwards Boots is moving backwards. I never thought I would experience this in such an experienced establishment. I have also never experienced this sort of treatment in other Boots stores like Worcester, London, Birmingham and I have lived in this town for four years! I strongly advise Boots to look into hiring forward thinking people and improving their management team. The manager should be retrained how to handle such matters instead of apologising with no emotions. I am truly disgusted by this nonsensical behaviour and will not be supporting this Boots again.

It's OK. Bit difficult to navigate on a mobility scooter. If wanting perfumes/aftershave there's never anyone around to open the cabinets to test you have to go hunting to find someone again on a scooter not always easy.

Pharmacy dont know how to answer their phone. 19 missed calls today and 5 missed calls yesterday just from me! Unfortunately doctors cannot retract my prescription. So I guess I'll have to make the journey up there which isnt exactly down the road when you're feeling rough. Thanks boots! Never again.The only reason they sent it there was because it was open late, but it's not anymore. Now 6pm close for pharmacy.Just to add. They didnt have my prescription. I sorted it there and then as they dont answer the phone. So I made a few phone calls. Only to find that they then didnt have it in stock. Just went from bad to worse. ?? I'll never use this pharmacy again.3 days went by without acute antibiotics, with feeling rough and having 2 very small children all of this wasnt easy in the first place.

Either they don't want to do prescription anymore or they just don't care! But they didn't put my prescription though from the last time I collected. Now I've got to go days without my medication as they close as 6pm. Used to be midnight, then change to 8pm now 6pm is a joke. Going to change where I collect it from and this boots really is just awful not the first time this has happened.

Store looking a bit tired and could do with a referb. Pharmacy can be slow to fulfil prescription medication
