I saw a review saying they were unhelpful on the phone. My only response to that is at least you got through on the phone, I’ve been trying for three days now and it rings a handful of times and then disconnects.

Pharmacist is rude (shocker), needs to be less of a gatekeeper. Awful service. He seemed to find a patient in distress amusing. Avoid.

Such a disorganised pharmacy and have to say this is by far the worst one I have ever used, it’s such a shame the one in Sainsbury’s closed, so much more friendly and efficient.
