Tracking on an ordered item is a bit shaky, the lady behind the counter was helpful though, even though her knowledge was limited.Once Evri got the parcel, the tracking was spot on, right down to a two hour eta which they did not fail.

This is my local store and I try to use it , however they are forever out of stock of their own brand items . They also offer 3 for 2 promotions but only stock 1 item out of the 3? I have asked staff members but are generally uninterested.

Always friendly , helpful staff. Excellent range of makeup etc. At very reasonable prices.
