Absolutely disgusting customer service, went in to buy trainers and football boots for his birthday, and was treated like a criminal!! Staff staring at every move!! Felt vitamised and ganged up on!! Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Today I was there to buy a trainer and to my surprise not a single customer service person was available to help with us. I requested a help from the other side of the section and the guy was least bothered to help me instead yelling at another colleague. I left without buying anything.... read full comment
