The customer service in this place is appalling! Went in with my 2 sons as they were after a new football, I spoke to 5 different members of staff and ALL of them couldn’t be bothered to help. I've had a frustrating experience here in the past. I always go back to make sure it's not habitual or to see if there are improvements. I'm happy to say this store seems to have sorted their staffing problem. It's running well. Tills manned shelves stacked and floor staff available well done guys
