Paid a lot of money for a re-direction of my mail upon moving. It has not been instigated since the day I set it up. 2 weeks later and I am still having all my mail delivered to the old address. Speak to customer services and they confirm it is on the system but evidently sorting office staff have not had the training?... read full comment

I called there because they had a parcel, they told me it had been sent back to the sender, it wasn't sent back till 1week later, I checked this with the sender, I now have had to pay delivery charges to get it back, it was originally free post.
