I had an issue with my sim where it had been deactivated upon trying to switch to an ESIM. Over the weekend I visited the store in Kidderminster and thanks to the help from Sam, I was able to use my phone for call and data, etc. thanks for the help and I can only recommend

Absolutely terrible customer service mainly from the store manager
I brought a new samsung tablet from there got it home to find it was faulty
Went back to store to be spoken to like dirt by the manager ans to be told he didn't believe me that the item was faulty kept telling me to call ee because he wasn't going...
