Never helpful. Always make you feel like you're an inconvenience. Never polite, especially the middle-aged woman with blonde curly hair. She's very rude and patronising. They never get my order correct. Do not recommend.

Not very helpful when asking for hay fever medicine for an 11 year old. They were asked by riverside surgery to ring me but didn't. When I phoned them they spoke to me as if I was asking a silly question. I wouldn't use them again
