Each time I visit this place, I find the woman unprofessional, rude, and lacking in customer service training. I'm wondering why she is still there in spite of negative comments about her. Anyway, I've had enough and won't be returning.

My husband came today to post a parcel through UPS drop point.The lady that works in the post office was rude,stropy and very unprofessional.From asking all sorts written proof about what is in the parcel although he said what is in it,then moved onto you need to stick the paper in whatever way and get your own tape to...

the best post office I have been to .... fast service .... nice atmosphere .... and the woman who works there every day is always smiling and helpful - I love her. I go there even if I live at the other end of evesham .....super?❤️
