I popped in and just bought one of the discounted bouquets as a gift for my mum. I only spent a few pounds but the lady was so kind and added ribbon and a new wrap to the flowers. Such attention to detail and lovely customer service

I ordered a box of flowers and paid £40 and £5 for delivery and came a hand bouquet of flowers that cost £20, i called the shop and we agreed for a refund and i came for the refund and the girl at the till gave me £1.50 only for the cost of the box, absolutely disgusting, please avoid

The staff are amazing, always go above and beyond. Flower are so fresh, they last for ages. The delivery service is also first class, you will not find better
