Appalling branch. Would vote no stars if could. When there is staff they stand around and try to avoid actually doing any work as much as possible. Older staff member talks so loud everyone in the branch can hear your business. The manager doesn’t seem the least bit interested.

Terrible branch, in the process of trying to move my account due to the terrible service I've received and they can't even get the account transfer right, I've had to ring up and visit the branch several times in order to get it sorted... Still waiting!!

Absolutely pointless to have a bank that is shut for half the week. Some of us have to work for living to earn the money. Then the bank is never when I need it. TSB here I come
