Poor customer service
In general after 15 years shopping at this store I’m totally out of by the lack of customer service, easy to say sure I can help and them also easy to say we dont have it in store it’s online only when it’s not the case, waste my time and money at this store that clearly are loosing... read full comment

Went to find paint sealer products, advised by painter. But only got one. Assistant left me to look by myself!. Then proceeded to. Checkout, only to be told it's self service.Never tried it before. Lucky I had someone to help. Why , when there was several assistants near . Please go back to checkout assistants to put goods... read full comment
