Absolutely disgusting service stayed in all day because l had an email saying it was being delivered before 3pm then had an email saying they tried to deliver my parcel , how am l supposed to pick up my parcel when l'm at work and they only open 2 hrs a day ? Maybe if it was privatised we would get a descent service!!!!!

Had to go pick up a parcel. Rang the buzzer. Could see the guy sat on his phone vaping totally ignored me for five minutes. He knew I was there. Was totally disgusted that he knew I was there and didn't even acknowledge me just carried on on his phone... Not a young gentleman either.
