We ordered a vertical radiator on Click and Collect. The team let us know when it arrived, then arranged a local delivery for us when we were unable to collect. Big thanks to Darren the manager and the rest of the team for resolving my issue. Radiator look brilliant.

Sean was very unhelpful and I suspected he didn't even bother to look for a part we needed. Called another branch (Redditch) who were very helpful, and checked stock of Bromsgrove and found the part I needed was in stock at Bromsgrove, proving Sean didn't even look.
