Always a huge queue to pay by cash!Definitely the worst supermarket in Bromsgrove.Absolutely no urgency with certain members of staff.

Obviously it depends on what time you visit a store, but I have never found this store to be too busy. I have visited many times early evening and been in and out in no time. It?s a reasonably large store and I?ve not experienced any issues. Large car park with a convent costa outlet

A pretty good store, had all we wanted at the usual prices. Parking was free and easy. Thankfully there was people serving on the tills, usually makes shopping quicker. There was a cafe, but I didn't use it. There was a petrol station too.

Have just visited to find that they no longer have manned tills after 7pm just queues of customers trying to use the self service checkouts and one poor, harassed member of staff trying to help everyone. Morrisons is easily now one of the most expensive supermarkets and now you have to try and scan your big shop through yourselves. Profit over customer service and no regard for anyone vulnerable, elderly or otherwise.

Not what it used to be. Fewer and fewer tills seem to be open, shelf prices / offers don?t match what are actually charged, and generally a mess. Even worse in the evening when only self scans run, pallets are everywhere, and trolleys/ baskets are not returned to front of store. Good location? but I really wish this store would be taken over by a better supermarket
