I thought I would give the lady in Lloyds the benefit of the doubt after the previous experience we had with her, when she cupped her hands over her ears and told us she couldn't deal with the noise. The team at Lloyd's Bromsgrove have been super helpful today, led mostly by who I believe to be the Branch Manager Sam.Opening a bank account for the first time in the UK at the age of 30 as a dual British/Aus citizen was dealt with quickly , professionally and amicably.Thankyou
