Had an accident with my phone so was worried about accessing everything and using old phone until new one arrived and just want to say that Jacob was amazing and his knowledge and customer service is excellent. Thank you Jacob you are an asset to the ee shop

Beware terrible network reception. Seemed ok when I first joined the network but for months now I've had calls regularly cutting out, endless buffering on the TV (I use mobile hotspot) and Zoom calls freezing. Totally unusable. After 3 hours on the phone to customer services and engineers they won't let me leave the network...
