One women ruins for the rest. She was so rude, had a big attitude. She shouldn't be working in this field at all. I even asked her if she had had a bad day to try and understand why she was so rude but she carried it on. Such an attitude!

Fantastic manager & Delivery driver.. staff seem very good at avoiding my number, or professionals at picking up the phone and hanging up before I can say hello.. then on hold again position No1 for an hour.. seems a little like ignorance in bliss. "Let's make that 2 hours on hold in position no 1 now" after being hung... read full comment
