Manager here needs to get back to basics... when you open your doors 45 mins late to a queue of customers it is usually better to start with an apology rather than patronise them for being too close together.

You can't contact them directly; there's only an 'internal 'phone number, and even then they don't pick up when using this. Only one or two cashiers and the last time I finally got some service, was asked if I realised that I could use the automated pay-in machine. Automated pay-in machine not working!
