Customer Service is appalling. One night away booked with Hidden Woods Glamping via their online booking system. I called the company (mobile number on their website) to query why after receiving a balance paid email a further email was received asking for more money to be paid (around a week later). Was lovely, we stayed in the middle lodge. We did take our 7 year old daughter who was quite bored as us parents just wanted to relax but she wanted the swing in our lodge so would recommend only for adults. Was hard to get food delivered due to not much signal but other than that it was a great weekend and will be back... read full comment
